What we're launching

When the shop opens, every item will have been chosen against one test: does it help bees and the people who love them? The opening collection is built around four product families, all curated and sourced with conservation in mind.

Native Wildflower Seed Mixes

Region-specific blends for Sacramento yards, Central Valley farms, and foothill properties. Each mix is curated to bloom in sequence from early spring through late fall, giving pollinators continuous forage across the whole season.

Solitary Bee Houses & Nesting Tubes

DIY kits and finished houses sized for mason bees, leafcutter bees, and other cavity-nesting natives. Solitary native bees can be up to 100 times more effective as pollinators per visit than honey bees.

Beeswax Candles & Body Care

Made from rescued hive wax sourced during our free removals, clean-burning and free from paraffin, dyes, and synthetic fragrance. Every candle keeps hive byproducts out of the landfill.

Books & Field Guides

Curated titles for beginner beekeepers, backyard naturalists, and teachers building pollinator units. We stock the books we actually recommend, not affiliate filler.

Every purchase is a donation in disguise. One hundred percent of net proceeds fund our rescue, restoration, and education programs across the Sacramento region. Unlike retail shops where profits flow to shareholders, every dollar you spend here goes back into saving pollinators and the habitats they depend on.

We hand-pick and test every product, and we source from small makers and conservation-minded suppliers whenever possible. If a product does not meet our environmental or ethical standards, it does not get listed. That means no plastic-heavy packaging, no pesticide-treated seed, and no imported honey of unknown origin.

When you buy from us, you are also investing in a local Sacramento nonprofit that actually does the work — rescuing swarms, planting native gardens, and teaching the next generation of pollinator stewards. That is a promise we take seriously on every single order.

Shop FAQ

When does the shop launch?: We are targeting a soft launch later this year with our wildflower seed mixes and beeswax candles first, followed by the full collection. Sign up for early access above and you will be the first to know when we open.
Will you ship outside of Sacramento?: Yes — we plan to ship nationally within the United States. Seed mixes will be region-specific, so we will help you pick the right blend for your climate zone at checkout.
Are the products locally sourced?: Whenever possible, yes. Our beeswax comes from hives we rescue in Sacramento County. Our seed mixes feature California natives. We partner with small, local makers first and expand outward only when we cannot find a regional source.
Can I buy something right now?: Not yet — the shop is still in development. The best way to support us today is by donating directly. One hundred percent of donations go to our conservation programs, and because we use Zeffy, zero platform fees are deducted.
Do you accept returns?: Yes. If you are not satisfied with an item, we will offer a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Exceptions apply to opened seed packets and perishable items for safety reasons.
